His career as a medical doctor includes working experience at Avon Medical Practice (Chief Operations Officer); Avon HMO (Head Medical Operations) where he led the EMR implementation (TOSHFA) & was responsible for Claims Management, Enrolment & Call Centre activities; Hygeia HMO (Primary Care Physician, Head of Claims & Head Medical Services responsible for management of the over 2000 hospital network including PPO hospitals; National Health Service UK (rotated through several subspecialties including General Practice, Renal, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology & Psychiatry and Clinical Data Analyst at the GP practice in North England; Lagoon Hospitals (Senior Medical Officer) and Military Hospital Lagos (Housemanship).

He completed the Executive Leadership program – Advance Mgt Program, Lagos Business School; he is a certified AI in Healthcare expert, obtained his certification from Johns Hopkins University USA; holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Manchester UK and Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery, MBBS from the University of Ibadan Nigeria. He is a Registered Professional, Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria & a Fellow Institute of Health Insurance & Managed Care.
